Sneakers are ERC-721 NFTs and the heart of BaseFit. Each type is tuned for a speed range and a play style. Matching your sneaker to how you actually move is the single biggest lever on your earnings.
The five types
| Type | Optimal speed | Durability | Base earning | Rarity |
|---|---|---|---|---|

Stay in your speed band
Earn rewards only while moving inside your sneaker's optimal speed range. Go too fast in a Walker, or too slow in a Runner, and your earnings drop sharply.Choosing a sneaker
- Walker — best for casual, everyday steps. Low earning but very durable and cheap to run.
- Jogger — the balanced starter for light running.
- Runner — high earning for committed runners, at the cost of faster durability decay.
- Trainer — flexible across any speed, with strong Luck; great for mixed activities.
- Elite — the legendary top tier: very high earning, high durability, premium attributes.
Rarity
Rarity ranges from Common to Legendary. Higher rarity means stronger base attributes and a higher earnings cap. Rarity can be improved through quality upgrades and ascension — see Leveling & Upgrades.
