Move-to-Earn only works if movement is real. BaseFit runs a six-layer verification stack so honest runners earn more — and bots, spoofers and scripts earn nothing.
The six layers
- GPS verification — minimum 3-satellite fix, HDOP below 5, and speed-consistency checks reject teleports and impossible acceleration.
- Sensor fusion — accelerometer gait matching, gyroscope rotation, barometer altitude and magnetometer heading confirm genuine human movement.
- AI image recognition — gym sessions are validated with pose estimation and equipment detection from photo or video proof.
- Social verification — random peer review of the top 10% of earners, plus community reporting with reviewer reputation.
- Cooldown period — a 2-hour minimum between earning sessions limits farming.
- Device binding — one account per device via hardware fingerprinting.
GPS validation in detail
- Minimum 3 satellites for a valid fix.
- HDOP (horizontal dilution of precision) under 5.
- Maximum acceleration under 4 m/s² for speed consistency.
- No teleportation greater than 100 m in 1 second.
- Location must be on land, within plausible bounds.
Penalty system
Violations escalate. Repeated or severe cheating leads to permanent bans.
| Violation | Detection | Penalty |
|---|---|---|
| GPS spoofing | Location jump | Warning → 7-day ban → permanent |
| Bot / script | Pattern mismatch | 30-day ban → permanent |
| Fake photos | AI detection | Warning → 14-day ban → permanent |
| Multiple accounts | Device fingerprint | Merge or ban all |
| Speed hacking | > 30 km/h sustained | Activity voided |
Play fair
Anti-cheat protects the reward pool for everyone. Attempting to game it risks voided activities and account bans — there's no upside.
